The british luxury brand is hitting it big yet again with their new concept of an evolving ad campaign for S/S 2011, where new cast members will be revealed EACH month! Such creative efforts are in line to showcase the pouring stream of constant product launches that are comprehensive of all Burberry sub brands such as Burberry Prorsum, Burberry Brit, Burberry Accesories and Burberry London, across all stores, online and offline.
Christopher Bailey, Burberry's CEO reveals in a press release, "We wanted to create a dynamic, evolving campaign that reflects the diversity of our broad global consumer, revealing new British cast members each month, all with their own identity, embodying the different attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl. We shot the campaign on Brighton beach to celebrate the great British outdoors and our history of supporting emerging talent and to bring life to the emotion behind protection from the elements."
Burberry has defintely come a long way ever since Bailey took reigns. He has succesfully brought Burberry closer to the youth and that is due to integrating modern methods of outreach, namely Social Media, Online fashion shows, E-commerce. Kudos to Burberry for knowing how to walk the walk ;)
